These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of draftsos.com, draftsimulator.io, idpranks.io, superflexrankings.com, and draftstrategy.io (the "Sites") operated by Draft SOS Network ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Draft SOS Network provides fantasy football analysis tools, including strength of schedule analysis, draft simulation, player rankings, and related analytical content. Our services are informational and educational tools — they are not daily fantasy sports (DFS) contests, gambling platforms, or betting services.

• We do not operate contests, competitions, or prize pools
• We do not accept wagers or entry fees
• We do not guarantee winnings or financial outcomes
• Our tools provide statistical analysis to help you make informed fantasy football decisions

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase paid services. By using our Sites, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Free content (rankings, articles, tools) is available to users of all ages.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe
• One-time purchases (Draft Pass, Edge Pro, League Pack) expire October 31 of the purchase year
• Dynasty Elite subscriptions renew annually until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal

4. Refund Policy

• One-time purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed paid features
• Dynasty Elite annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no partial refunds for the current billing period
• To request a refund, email support@draftsos.com

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our Sites
• Redistribute, resell, or republish our rankings, analysis, or paid content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Sites — including rankings, algorithms, analysis, designs, and code — is owned by Draft SOS Network and protected by copyright and trade secret law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• Our analysis, rankings, or projections will be accurate or lead to favorable fantasy outcomes
• Our tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any defects will be corrected in a specific timeframe

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAFT SOS NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Fantasy Sports Disclaimer

Our tools provide statistical analysis for entertainment and informational purposes. Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty. Past performance, statistical models, and projections do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own fantasy roster decisions, league entry fees, and any financial outcomes of fantasy sports participation.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites (Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Sites after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
